Justice (Retd.) R. S. Sodhi Condemned The Atrocities Committed By Kolkata Police Against Former Soldier Balwinder Singh.

New Delhi, Oct 15: Justice (retd) RS Sodhi has strongly condemned the atrocities committed by Kolkata police against former soldier Balwinder Singh and demanded his immediate release.

Justice Sodhi said “It was "surprising" that the law was being misused.Law should be implemented without any discrimination. Balwinder Singh is a former soldier who has spent 20 years in the service of the country and the treatment meted out to him by the Kolkata Police is highly reprehensible. Therefore, Balwinder Singh should be released immediately and action should be taken under Section 295A against the police personnel who disrespected his turban and cases.”

Justice Sodhi also praised services being rendered by President of DSGMC  Mr.Manjinde Singh Sirsa Sirsa for the Sikh community and efforts for the release of Balwinder Singh.
