Salman Khan has played a police officer in several notable films such as Garv (2004), Wanted (2009), and Dabangg (2010), but his cop character in filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar’s Antim: The Final Truth is going to be starkly different. According to reports, Salman Khan essays the character of a Sikh cop in the upcoming film, which features his brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma, in the lead role of a gangster.

Sikh is the sole reason for Salman to do Antim, as he has not done a
character like this before. He is beefing up, increasing his beard as he will
be seen playing a tough, intense, and real Sikh cop, and wear the turban too.
There are larger-than-life elements in the script, but this cop has his own
swag, and style of functioning.
Antim: The Final Truth is the official adaptation of the successful Marathi film, Mulshi Pattern (2018). In the original film, the cop’s character had only 25 minutes of screen time, but the remake is going to have the character running parallel to Aayush Sharma’s track with a runtime of approximately 50 minutes. In spite of that, the gangster continues to remain the central character.
