AN ex-alcoholic has delivered a sobering warning about the dangers of drink in a bid to highlight help that is available.
Jaz Rai knows first-hand how addiction can damage not only the individual who is drinking but also their friends and family.
Mr Rai said: "I am a recovering alcoholic. At my worst I was drinking a litre bottle of vodka a day and ended up in hospital because of my drinking.
"The effects on my family were terrible.
