President DSGMC S. Manjit Singh G.K. and S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, General Secretary have stated that Capt. Amrinder Singh has hand in murdering the innocent 21 young Sikhs and in this matter they have announced in today's Press Conference that they will file a case in National Human Rights Commission against Capt. Amrinder Singh. In fact, after his biography Capt. Amrinder Singh tweeted on his tweeter Account on 17th May, 2017 that the former Prime Minister Chandrashekhar have deceived him in the matter of surrender of 21 innocent young Sikhs.
G.K. stated that during the year 1980-90 the Sikh Community again and again complained about the practice of murdering young Sikhs by the Police Administration on the recommendation of Punjab Govt., on the basis of terrorism, Capt. Amrinder had proved right this. G.K. had stated that in Punjab during terrorism innocent Sikhs were killed in three ways. In which the false cases against sikh youths were filed and they were killed in fake encounters by pulling them out from their houses to end the Sikhism.
G.K. also stated that no doubt Capt. Amrinder singh by submitting his confession he had got himself relieved but yet it is to be seen how he will be able to get the grieved families of Sikhs compensated. While taking a reference to the submission of Mr. Amrinder's confession G.K. had appealed to the judiciary to suite a case against the culprits failing which DSGMC will be first to sue Capt. Amrinder Singh by themselves.
G.K. said what was the necessity to offer a bouquet to former DGP K.P.S. Gill by Capt. Amrinder Singh after taking oath as Chief Minister-Punjab. G.K. said that there were also allegations against KPS Gill of killing Sikhs by fake encounters. By offering bouquet to KPS Gill what Capt. Amrinder Singh wants to tell the people? Meeting KPS Gill and to shower crocodile tears for innocent killings of Sikhs, is it logical? G.K. also said that they will approach Prime Minister regarding filing a case against Capt. Amrinder Singh as well as will approach the Central Government to have CBI investigation for Police encounters took place in 1990.
Sirsa Said that Capt. Amrinder's silence for 25 years is not sufficient to prove him not guilty, because he himself was Chief Minister from 2002-2007. At the same time as a MP/MLA his silence through all the Parliament sessions/meetings has created suspense. Since Capt. Amrinder Singh himself has condemned the massacre of Sikhs in Punjab, it is his moral duty to lodge the FIR against the culprits. As Capt. Amrinder Singh is the Chief Minister he will be able to apprehend the culprits by his own Police team easily. Sirsa had also demanded that Capt. Amrinder Singh be made a witness in filing the case against the Police Officials in Punjab for the killing of innocent 21 Sikh youths by making public their names and the year of incidents.
