We had never expected such a question, in our own country, by our own judiciary. May I request the Learned Judges of our Hon'ble Supreme Court to view the BBC video that shows the Story of a Sikh Turban:
They must also view the Sikh History on the Discovery channel:
May I request the Learned Judges of the Hon'ble Supreme Court to visit Darbar Sahib, Golden Temple at Amritsar to understand the term Sikh, Sikhi & the significance of a Turban.
In case they can't go to the Amritsar Sahib, they must visit Gurdwara Bangla Sahib at New Delhi & I am sure the visit will enlighten them about the significance of a Turban in the Sikhism.
