Manjinder Singh Sirsa, President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee and General Secretary Harmeet Singh Kalka have announced to start 10 ambulances in Delhi from Monday 6th July 2020.
In a statement issued,Mr.Sirsa and Mr.Kalka said that
during the Corona Pandemic, patients are facing great difficulties in getting
them to hospitals. In view of these conditions, the Delhi Gurdwara Committee
has decided to start 10 ambulances and these ambulances will be available in
five corners of Delhi.
He told that these ambulances,if needed will be available at
Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib in Central Delhi, in East Delhi, in the Engineering
College of Delhi Gurdwara Committee in West Delhi, Gurdwara Moti Bagh Sahib in
South Delhi and Gurdwara Nanak Piyau Sahib in North Delhi .
These Ambulances will immediately provide services to transport the patients to the hospital. Mr. Sirsa told that to take these ambulance services, mobile numbers will be issued on
which a person can call and get this ambulance.
