DSGMC has decided to depute ambulances and medical teams at dharna sites of farmers for their convenience and it will continue to serve langar to farmers till their dharna is not over.
Disclosing this in a statement released here today, the DSGMC President Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa and General Secretary Mr. Harmeet Singh Kalka disclosed that today is third day of dharna and they had started serving langar to the protesting farmers from yesterday at Kundli, Tikri borders and Nirankari ground (Burari).They said that they have received requested for medicines and medical teams and therefore have decided to depute ambulances and medical teams.
They said that the DSGMC was doings its duty towards humanity by serving langar
to farmers and all others as per teachings of Sikh Guru Sahiban and as per
langar tradition started by Guru Nanak Dev ji. They said that they were
receiving overwhelming response from sangat in form of support and with the blessings
of almighty they will continue to serve people.
Mr. Sirsa and Mr. Kalka said that the DSGMC has made elaborate arrangements to
serve langar to thousands of farmers who are staging protests against the
Centre Government. They said that farmer is anndata who is providing meal to
all the Indians and therefore it is our duty to provide each and every support
to them in their agitation for getting justice.
Delhi Committee Members and Shiromani Akali Dal workers also doing in the service
of farmers along with Mr. Sirsa and Mr. Kalka.
