Shiromani Ragi Sabha Lodges Complaint
CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Zora Singh, the son-in-law of Sri Harmandir Sahib’s head granthi Giani Jagtar Singh, today 8th August threatened Hazoori Raagi Bhai Onkar Singh inside sanctum sanctorum Sri Harmandir Sahib when he was about to start his duty of Gurbani Kirtan at 01:30 pm.
Notably, Hazoori
Raagi Bhai Onkar Singh heads the Shiromani Raagi Sabha which has lodged a
complaint against Giani Jagtar Singh’s dictatorial behavior to the Akal Takht
Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh.
Interacting with
media, Hazoori Raagi Bhai Onkar Singh informed that Giani Jagtar Singh’s
son-in-law Zora Singh threatened him by saying “do whatsoever you can do, we
will see you.”
“All this can be
checked in the CCTV footage of cameras installed at Har Ki Pauri at timing
01:25 to 01:30 pm,” he said.
Bhai Onkar Singh
was accompanied by other Hazoori Raagis Bhai Gurdev Singh, Bhai Shaukeen Singh,
Bhai Karnail Singh, Bhai Balbir Singh and others.
Shiromani Raagi
Sabha had earlier lodged a complaint to the Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Harpreet
Singh regarding the dictatorial behavior of head granthi Giani Jagtar Singh
inside sanctum sanctorum Sri Harmandir Sahib.
