The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President and National Spokesman of the Shiromani Akali Dal Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa today released a list of 120 persons arrested by Delhi Police after Republic Day Kisan Parade of January 26.
Releasing list,
Mr. Sirsa disclosed that the Delhi Police has registered 14 FIRs in this matter
and a total of 120 persons have been arrested. He said that the DSGMC is
posting this list on website of the committee and also on social media
platforms.
He said that
families of these persons can contact the DSGMC and SAD which will provide
every help including legal aid to them.
The DSGMC
President said that this list has been prepared by legal cell of the DSGMC and
lawyers attached to with it in this matter. He said that all 14 FIRs have been
registered at Police Stations situated at Mukherjee Nagar, Nangloi, Uttam
nagar, Baba Haridass Nagar, Pashchim Vihar West, Alipur Outer and Mundka Outer
and 120 persons have been arrested in under these FIRs. He said that area of
Red Fort falls under jurisdiction of Police Station Kotwali and till date no
person have been arrested by that Police Station. He said that if apart from
these 120 persons, any other is missing then Delhi Police has no record of
it.
He said that
Arshdeep Singh who is under treatment at St. Stephen Hospital has also not been
arrested by Police. He said that he is fine and will be discharged from the
hospital soon.
