माता साहिब कौर स्त्री सम्मेलन में वक्ताओं ने स्त्रियों को पंथ संभालने के लिए दिया आमंत्रण

खालसा की माता साहिब कौर जी की याद में आयोजित हुआ ‘‘माता 

साहिब कौर जी स्त्री संम्मेलन’’ सिख बीबीयों के उत्साही एवं धर्मप्रेमी होने का संदेश देते हुए नई सुगंध को बिखेर गया। दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के प्रयास से श्री गुरु गोबिन्द सिंह जी के 350वें प्रकाश पर्व के अवसर पर स्त्रियों को सामाजिक एवं राजनीतिक आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की पैरवी करने के लिए गुरुद्वारा रकाबगंज साहिब के भाई लक्खीशाह वणजारा हाल में हजारों की तादात में लगी ‘‘स्त्रियों की कचहरी’’ सफेद एवं पीले दुप्पटों के लिये लंबे समय तक याद रखी जायेगी। दिल्ली की समूह स्त्री सत्संग सभाओं, सुखमनी सेवा सोसाईटी एवं स्त्री अकाली दल की कार्यकर्ताओं ने अपनी भारी मौजूदगी से राजनीतिक पार्टीओं को स्त्रियों को कमजोर ना समझने का संदेश दे दिया। 

दिल्ली के इतिहास में पहली बार सजाई गई उक्त पंथक कचहरी में स्त्रियों ने पंथ की चढ़दीकला एवं उत्साह को दर्शाने के तौर पर अलग-अलग वक्ताओं के बोलने के दौरान लगभग 30 बार ऊंची आवाज में जयकारे छोड़े। अध्यक्ष मनजीत सिंह जी.के., पूर्व कमेटी अध्यक्ष अवतार सिंह हित, मुख्य सलाहकार कुलमोहन सिंह, धर्मप्रचार कमेटी चेयरमैन परमजीत सिंह राणा एवं गुरबाणी विरसा संभाल सत्संग सभा की प्रधान नरेन्द्र कौर ने माता साहिब कौर के जीवन पर प्रकाश डालने के साथ ही पंथ के सामने मौजूदा चुनौतियों पर भी अपने विचार रखे। कमेटी के संयुक्त सचिव अमरजीत सिंह फतेह नगर ने संगतों के बड़ी तादात में आने के लिए धन्यवाद किया। पूर्व विधायक हरमीत सिंह कालका ने स्टेज सचिव की सेवा निभाने के दौरान कमेटी द्वारा किये गये कार्यो पर भी रौशनी डाली। 

जी.के. ने स्त्रियों के बड़ी संख्यां में आने के कारण कमेटी प्रबंधों में हुई कमियों के लिए संगतों से माफी मांगते हुए सिख इतिहास में धर्म को संभालने के लिए स्त्रियों द्वारा किये गये यत्नों का जिक्र किया। जी.के. ने कहा कि कौम में बड़े स्तर पर धर्मप्रचार के कार्य कमेटीयों द्वारा करवाये गये जा रहे हैं एवं कोई भी प्रचारक नौजवानों को चुटिया रखकर टोपी पहनने या हुक्का पीने की प्रेरणा नहीं करता है। इसे संभालने के लिए स्त्रियों को आगे आने की आवश्यकता है। कमेटी द्वारा किये गये कार्यो का विवरण देने के दौरान जी.के. ने 6वें वेतन आयोग के कमेटी के सिर चढ़े 170 करोड़ रूपये का कर्ज का जिक्र करने की भी विरोधी नेताओं को ताड़ना की।

जी.के. ने स्त्रियों को सचेत करते हुए कहा कि जिन लोगों ने पहले श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब को मलियामेट किया था आज वह पंथ प्रमाणित बाणीयों का मलियामेट करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। पुराने प्रबंधकों द्वारा स्कूलों में अतिरिक्त भर्ती किये गये 450 कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकालने की बजाये उच्चस्तरीय टीचर ट्रेनिंग तकनीक द्वारा काबिल बनाने के लिए जी.के. ने कमेटी की पीठ भी थपथपाई। जी.के. ने कहा कि कमेटी स्कूलों में पहले 6 महीने वेतन नहीं मिलता था पर अब पहली तारीख को स्टाफ के खाते में वेतन पहुंच जाता है। देवनगर खालसा स्कूल की कारसेवा दमदमी टकसाल को दिये जाने का हवाला देते हुए जी.के. ने पुराने प्रबंधकों पर कटाक्ष भी किया। जी.के. ने कहा कि ‘‘इस स्कूल से पढ़ कर अध्यक्ष बनने वाले अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान एक चम्मच सींमेंट भी स्कूल पर नहीं लगा सके। 

गुरू सहिब के प्रकाश पर्व के अर्धशताब्दी समागमों को मनाने के लिए कमेटी द्वारा की जा रहे तैयारियों की भी जी.के. ने जानकारी दी। कमेटी द्वारा बाबा बंदा सिंह बहादर की तीसरी शहीदी शताब्दी के अवसर पर नई बनाई गई पालकी साहिब पटना कमेटी द्वारा यात्रा निकालने के लिए कमेटी द्वारा भेजे जाने को जी.के. ने दिल्ली की संगतों का सम्मान बढ़ाने वाला फैसला बताया। उक्त पालकी साहिब के साथ देश में लगभग 6 हजार किलोमीटर की यात्रा नगर कीर्तन के तौर पर सजाये जाने का गवाह बनने जा रहे कमेटी स्टाफ को जी.के. ने सम्मानित भी किया। 

हित ने स्त्रियों की सभा को सच की सभा करार देते हुए विरोधियों  पर तीखे शब्दी हमले किये। हित ने कहा कि काम कोई करता है और शोर कोई करता है। हित ने स्त्रियों को सरकारी ऐजंटों को पहचानने का संदेश देते हुए पंथ एव सच के साथ खड़े होने की विनती भी की। कुलमोहन सिंह ने सिख इतिहास का हवाला देते हुए स्त्रियों को इतिहास संभालने की अपील की। राणा ने निंदकों द्वारा स्त्रियों के खिलाफ किये जा रहे प्रचार को झूठा प्रचार बताते हुए कई सवाल भी उठाये। राणा ने कहा कि 2 गुरुपर्व मनाने वाले अब 2 बाणीयों  में कौम को बांटने की साजिश रच रहें हैं तथा श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब पर जत्थेदार के रूप में रहे लोग बागीयों का साथ दे रहें हैं। इस अवसर पर दिल्ली कमेटी के सभी पदाधिकारी व सदस्य तथा स्त्री अकाली दल की सरप्रस्त प्रकाश कौर, रणजीत कौर, नरेन्द्र कौर सहित बड़ी संख्या में महिलायें शामिल थी।

DSGMC Begins Langar Sewa on Border Belt

 President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjit Singh G.K. informed in a meeting of the office bearers of DSGMC including general secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa, and other office bearers MPS Chadha and Amarjit Singh Fateh Nagar  that  it was decided to start langar sewa for the villagers who have been evacuated by the Government from their villages on the international border touching Pakistan.

   Sirsa said that DSGMC identifying the places where langar sewa could be started so as to reach out to maximum number of people in need . Former MLA Jatinder Singh Shanty is also accompanying Sirsa for langar sewa.

DSGMC President lauds Modi for Surgical Attacks on PoK

Coming in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjit Singh G.K. today said that the step taken by PM Modi for surgical operation in PoK is courageous, full of grit and determination to take on the enemies of our country head-on.

  DSGMC president said that by alienating Pakistan in SAARC summit and then the army’s operation to destroy terrorist camps in Pak-occupied Kashmir killing 18 terrorists who were about to enter Kashmir to indulge in terrorist and anti-India activities PM Modi has very tactfully handled the situation and had proved that India is much bigger a nation and Pakistan just cannot browbeat it and take for granted.

           "On becoming PM Modi opened channel for a dialogue to resolve the issues peacefully and diplomatically and when Pakistan tried to cross the line of international protocol India very rightfully used force to neutralise the Pakistan sponsored terrorist camps operating in PoK”, Manjit Singh G.K. DSGMC president who is also President of Shiromani Akali Dal in Delhi elaborating on the issue said that Indians particularly Sikhs are not enemies of the people living in Pakistan but reject and condemn the reprehensible tactics used by Pakistan to undermine peace in our country.

           

 “A large population living in India have roots in Pakistan and they are emotionally attached to the land across the border”, said G.K. clarifying that this emotional attachment would never weaken our love for India and the entire world knows incase any one looks towards India to disturb its peace and harmony Sikh soldiers will lead the offensive against Pakistan. DSGMC President assuring full support to the national leadership said that the DSGMC, and the entire Sikhs community is ready to take up any duty in the service of nation.

ਮਹਾਨ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁਗਲ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਘਾਲਣਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਾ ਪਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ। ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ’ਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਆਨਤਦਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਥਾ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਤੇ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਪਾਇਆ। ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਉੱਘੇ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ 1984 ਸਿੱਖ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਫਿਲਮ ‘‘31 ਦਸੰਬਰ’’ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਹੈਰੀ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

DSGMC President Hands Over 47 Kilogram Gold, silver For Development works in Gurdwara Bangla Sahib & Construction of Bala Sahib Hospital

The President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) handed over 16 kilograms of gold, 31 kilograms of silver and a diamond to Baba Bachan Singh Ji for completion of development works in Gurdwara Shri Bangla Sahib and Bala Sahib Hospital. Baba Ji is carrying out Kar Sewa at both the places.

Speaking on the occasion  ( 26th September 2016 ) Manjit Singh G.K. said that one wing of the hospital would be operational very soon.

G.K. said that he had handed over gold and silver to Baba Ji for the second time during his tenure as President of DSGMC and announced that Baba Ji would use the precious metal as per the requirement, needs and convenience of Sikh Sangat. DSGMC President also announced that he was committed to fulfill dreams of Panth Rattan Baba Harbans Singh who have once thought of starting the construction of the hospital recently construction of hospital was given to Baba Ji after getting clearance from the executive committee of the DSGMC and construction of first phase would be competed very soon. 

Recalling that in 1980s Baba Harbans Singh used to tell his father Jathedar Santokh Singh to acquire lands for Gurdhams and the social cause and he would construct the buildings, G.K. said that he never understood the meaning of this at that time and he now understand when the prices of lands in Delhi have skyrocketed. “Baba Ji at that time used call lands as gold and Hospitals, schools and Gurdwaras as ornaments”, added G.K.  

 G.K. clarified that instead of fixing gold on Gurdwars the present committee under him have focussed more on education, dharma parchar, conservation of history and social welfare. “But at some places keeping in view the shardha of the Sangat gold has been fixed at Gurdwaras,” he said referring to gold donated by a Guru-Premi for main door of Gurdwara Bangla Sahib. Also, ten kilogram silver given by Raja Baldeep Singh was also handed over to Baba Bachan Singh Ji.

 On the occasion chief advisor of DSGMC Kulmohan Singh, former MLA Jatinder Singh Shanty, DSGMC member Tanwant Singh, Darshan Singh, Paramjit Singh Chandok, Hardev Singh Dhanoa, and Bibi Dhiraj Kaur were also present. 

Two Days Gurmat Samagam in Shimla

 Himachal Pradesh Government, All Singh Sabhas and Sikh organizations jointly organized two days Gurmat Samagam on Mall Road ( RIDGE ) in Shimla .

Dr Daljit Singh Cheema, Cabinet Minister Punjab and S. Manjit Singh GK were specially invited by CM Himachal Pradesh, Shri Raja Veerbhadar on this occasion.

Kejriwal Ke Jhuthe Vade -Delhi aur Punjab - Exposed

Delhi Study Group (prominent socio-political-cultural NGO) led by President & Former Delhi MLA Vijay Jolly organized a photo exhibition titled "Kejriwal Ke Jhuthe Vade"- Delhi aur Punjab mei at Central Park, Connaught Place, New Delhi. This was to expose publically the false promises made by AAP in Delhi & replicated in Punjab.  

This unique photo exhibition was inaugurated by West Delhi Member of Parliament Pravesh Verma along with Sardar Manjit Singh GK, President – DSGMC, Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa (Advisor-Deputy Chief Minister Punjab), Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Vice President BJP Delhi and Ravinder Gupta Ex. North Delhi Mayor. Citizens of Delhi attended the program in large numbers.

Huge colored canvas printouts exposing Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party for betraying the citizens of Delhi were publically exhibited.

Delhi was promised corruption free govt. but AAP ministers & Principal Secretary found involved in corruption. AAP Punjab Convener similarly found corrupt. Youth in Delhi were promised 8 lakh jobs whereas none granted till today. Similarly 25 lakh jobs promised in Punjab.

Jan Lokpal promised in Delhi but unimplemented. Similarly Punjab promised Jan Lokpal bill.  

Delhi & Punjab were promised free wifi but Delhi promise unfulfilled. Drug help line promised in Punjab whereas Delhi help line found closed.

New colleges shall be opened in Punjab whereas AAP had promised 20 new colleges in Delhi but not one opened as yet. AAP has promised audit of private schools in Punjab & similar promise in Delhi unfulfilled. Promises for Delhi Skill Mission proved false & Punjab promised Skill Development Courses from 9th class onwards.  

Delhi was promised tanker mafia free water supply but AAP leaders found involved. Similar promise made in Punjab. Women security promised in Delhi but Delhi Minister Somnath Bharth accused of women exploitation.  Similar promise made for Punjab.

Punjab AAP leaders Bhagwant Man & Sadhu Singh found drunkards while the party has promised to get drug & alcohol free affidavits from its candidates in Punjab polls. Delhi promised 500 new schools but none opened. Similar in Punjab. 29000 teachers promised jobs in Punjab govt. schools & similar Delhi promise unfulfilled. Poor left in the lurch despite promises of authorization of 1,639 Delhi unauthorized colonies. 

  

Later this exhibition shall be exhibited in various parts of Delhi and similarly to Punjab towns.

'Mata Sahib Kaur Ji woman Conference' By DSGMC at Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib on 29th September 2016

सिख कौम की आधी आबादी ‘‘महिलाओं’’ को दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी द्वारा राजनीतिक, धार्मिक एवं सामाजिक क्षेत्र में बराबरी का मौका प्रदान करने के लिए बीते 3.5 वर्ष से जारी मुहिम को प्रचंड करने की कमेटी ने तैयारी कर ली है। कमेटी अध्यक्ष मनजीत सिंह जी.के. के नेतृत्व में कमेटी एवं शिरोमणी अकाली दल के पदाधिकारियों की आज हुई बैठक में 29 सितम्बर 2016 को ‘‘माता साहिब कौर जी स्त्री सम्मेलन’’ करवाने का ऐलान किया गया। गुरुद्वारा रकाबगंज साहिब के कांफ्रैंस हाॅल में हुई बैठक में उक्त सम्मेलन श्री गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह जी के 350वें प्रकाश पर्व को समर्पित होने की जी.के. ने जानकारी दी। 

इस सम्मेलन के दौरान लगभग 35 मिन्ट का समय जी.के. द्वारा महिलाओं के सवालों के जवाब देने के लिए सुरक्षित रखा गया है। जी.के. ने कहा कि मौजूदा कमेटी ने महिलाओं को सम्मान देने के लिए बड़े प्रयास किये हैं। जिसमें गुरू माताओं-गुरू पत्नियों की याद में पहली बार कीर्तन समागम तथा सैमीनार के तौर पर कार्यक्रम करवाना, स्त्री सत्संग जत्थों के बीच कीर्तन मुकाबले तथा इतिहासिक गुरुद्वारों में बड़े स्तर पर स्त्री सत्संग जत्थों को कीर्तन की हाजरी भरने की मन्जूरी देना शामिल है।

 जी.के. ने कहा कि जहां हमने स्त्रियों को धार्मिक तथा सामाजिक क्षेत्र में बराबरता का एहसास करवाया है वहीं सिख लड़कीयों को शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में पहल के आधार पर खालसा काॅलेजों में दाखिला देते समय कॅट-आॅफ में विशेष छूट देकर लड़कों से अधिक मौके देने की कोशिश की है ताकि लड़कीयां अपने पैरों पर खड़े होकर आत्मनिर्भर बन सके। जी.के. ने स्वीकार किया कि आज तक स्त्री सम्मेलनों के नाम पर वक्ता अपनी मीठी बातें करके चुपचाप निकल जाते थे पर पहली बार कमेटी के मुख्य सेवादार होने के नाते वह स्वयं महिलाओं के हर सवाल का बेझिझक जवाब देने के लिए तैयार हैं। बेशक वह सवाल कौम से संबंधित हो या समाज से। 

जी.के. ने ईशारा किया कि बीते 3.5 साल के दौरान कमेटी द्वारा किये गये कार्यो के बारे मंे जवाब देने से वह किनारा नहीं करेंगे। जी.के. ने दल के पदाधिकारियों को जनसम्पर्क की ताकत को समझने की नसीहत देते हुए कमेटी द्वारा किये गये कार्यो को संगतों तक पहुँचाने के लिए मैदान में उतरने का भी आवाह्न किया। जी.के. ने सम्मेलन से पूर्व महिलाओं की पश्चिम व दक्षिण जोन की हुई प्रभावशाली बैठकों का हवाला देते हुए कमेटी सदस्यों को पूर्व तथा उत्तर जोन की बैठक को बड़े स्तर पर कामयाब बनाने की हिदायत दी। जी.के. ने इस अवसर पर कई जवलन्त मसलों पर कमेटी की सोच को भी सामने रखा। 

दल के प्रदेश प्रधान महासचिव हरमीत सिंह कालका ने आये हुए सभी नेताओं का धन्यवाद करते हुए दिल्ली कमेटी चुनाव से पूर्व अपनी जिम्मेदारीयां पार्टी कार्यालय पहुंचकर उचित स्थान पर लगवाने की कार्यकर्ताओं को अपील की। धर्मप्रचार कमेटी चेयरमैन परमजीत सिंह राणा ने सम्मेलन की जरूरत पर प्रकाश डाला।

DSGMC Will Approach Court of Law Seeking for Arrest of Sajjan Kumar

DSGMC receives complaint from witnesses of 1984 genocide threatened by Sajjan Kumar

Demands security for 1984 genocide victims

  

The President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjit Singh G.K. has written a letter to Delhi Police Commissioner Alok Kumar Verma after three key witnesses in Sikh genocide of 1984 approached him.

 After the three witnesses Joginder Singh, Prem Kaur and Mishri Kaur approached Manjit Singh G.K., he had asked Delhi police top give these witnesses adequate security cover. DSGMC according to Manjit Singh G.K. has also decided to approach the court of law seeking police remand for Congress leader Sajjan Kumar under charges of threatening and influencing the witnesses. According to DSGMC some of the persons close to Sajjan Kuamr are threatening the witnesses.

According to co-chairman DSGMC legal cell Jaswinder Singh Jolly the witnesses wrote an anonymous letter four months ago, revealing threats received by them revealing that they were threatened to stay away from the genocide case trial and DSGMC reported that matter to Delhi Police. Jolly said that Sajjan Kuamr was getting trapped in the genocide case due to which he was trying to stop the witnesses from appearing in the court.   

Jolly also said that the witnesses who were threatened had revealed that ex-MLA of congress party from Sultanpuri Jai Kishen, his brother Ved Parkash and his sons continuously for three-four times used to visit the house of Joginder Singh in the mid night asking him not to give evidence in the genocide case listed for hearing in the court on 7 September. They were also threatened that incase they give evidence in the court they will be eliminated. Similarly Mishri Kaur & Prem Kaur was also threatened by the five-six men who used to approach her with their covered faces. The Patiala Court in case hearing cross examined prime witness in genocide case Sheila Kaur.

Jaswinder Singh Jolly clarified that DSGMC is making all efforts for conviction of the accused in genocide cases. He said that the justice for the genocide victims have lingered on for 32 years because no attempt was made at any level to make witnesses feel confident and secure. He said, “When DSGMC is doing that some people see it with political prism and say DSGMC is trying to take political mileage and it is wrong”. He clarified that genocide issue is not an election issue but concerns the Sikh panth.
