DSGMC expose meeting between Kejriwal-Tytler

DSGMC expose meeting between Kejriwal-Tytler

New Delhi / 18, February 2016 The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) today said that Aam Admi Party (AAP) is a B-team of Congress party. DSGMC spokesman Parminder Pal Singh said that a photograph of perpetrator of 1984 Sikh genocide Jagdish Tytler who is congress party leader alongwith with AAP convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is viral on the social media these days, and both parties are helping each other in achieving their political goals.

According to Parminder Pal Singh Kejriwal met Tytler on 25 December 2015, in a function organized by Mulsim Samaj on the occasion of function to mark id-un-milad and 13 days after that on 8 January 2016 a letter issued by the Home department of Delhi government of having misplaced a file for constitution of SIT to investigate genocide cases is not a coincidence but part of a well thought out plan.
DSGMC has demanded CBI inquiry into the issue of missing of an important file in a press conference on 22 January 2016, said DSGMC spokesman also saying that the Kejrwal and leaders of congress party enjoy warm relations.Parminder Pal Singh said that there is huge difference between what Kejriwal preaches and what he brings into practice and during public rally he makes emotional speeches for fighting for justice to Sikh families victim of 1984 genocide and also mixes up with the perpetrators of the genocide.

He also questioned that why Kejriwal is unable to act against former CM of Delhi Sheila Dixit against whom Kejriwal released a 375 page charge sheet, before Delhi assembly elections, and even after completing one year in the government. “Protecting Sheila Dixit, misplacing file for constituting SIT, maintaining relations with Tytler, meeting Nirankari Baba, naming Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwalae as a terrorist by AAP leaders and not supporting SIT formed by the government of India proves that Kejriwal is not serious about Sikh issues and the statements given by him from time to time are just an eyewash,” said Parminder Pal Singh, asking Sikhs not to be befooled by Kejriwal and other AAP leaders.

DSGMC welcome SC directions for framing policy to ban jokes

DSGMC welcome SC directions for framing policy to ban jokes showing communities, ethnic groups in bad light

New Delhi / 16, February 2016 The campaign run by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara management Committee (DSGMC) seeking ban on the jokes showing Sikhs in a bad light today got a boost when the Supreme Court of India directed DSGMC to prepare a draft of the policy and submit before the court in a given time frame.

A Supreme Court bench headed by Justice TS Takhur with Justice U.U. Lalit and R. Bhanumati gave the directions. The bench gave the directions after the lawyers who presented DSGMC case put forward their point that Sikhs are a progressive and brave community but Sikhs jokes put unnecessary social and mental pressure on children belonging to Sikh families.DSGMC took up the issue and filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking a ban, as the Sikh jokes downplay their glorious past, heritage and culture, and a handful of people with bad motives make fun of Sikhs in schools and other public places.

Advocates Rupinder Singh Suri and APS Ahluwalia who presented the case of DSGMC said that the Sikh jokes badly impacts the mental growth of children of Sikh families due to peer pressure as these jokes ridicule Sikh children and sought directions from the Supreme Court for formulating an act on the lines of anti ragging act.The advocates also told the Supreme Court bench that there are websites which are earning money by circulating Sikh jokes showing Sikhs as lesser citizens due to which the children belonging to Sikh families are reluctant to use Singh and Kaur with their names. The advocates who presented the case of DSGMC also demanded ban on discriminatory jokes showing other communities, ethnic group and geographical areas such as Bihari, Sindhi, pathans, Gujarati, north-easterns, which according to the advocates is attempt to show them in a bad light socially and intellectually.

Reacting to the issues raised by the DSGMC advocates Supreme Court bench was of the view that looking at the contribution of the Sikhs towards the nation the issue raised by DSGMC is actually need to be pondered and directed DSGMC to prepare a policy draft within six weeks.

DSGMC president Manjit Singh G.K. welcoming the Supreme Court’s decision said that the Supreme Court have indirectly accepted that in the garb of jokes Sikhs are made to suffer. “The constitution of our nation irrespective of any citizens’ caste, creed, colour and religion gives equal opportunities to everyone to progress but due to short sightedness of a handful of people the children of these communities and ethnic groups had to struggle and they feel helpless”, said G.K.

G.K. informed that he would involve Sikh intellectuals and legal luminaries to prepare a draft of the policy and an act to ban jokes showing different communities and ethnic groups in a bad light, within the time frame specified by the Supreme Court. “The directions by the Supreme Court have lifted the morale of Sikhs and it is an honour for the entire Sikh community and other ethnic groups who have suffered due to these jokes,” reiterated G.K.

Delhi unit of Akali Dal has pushed Kejriwal on backfoot : Manjit Singh G.K.

Delhi unit of Akali Dal has pushed Kejriwal on backfoot, G.K.
New Delhi / 15 February, 2016 The President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) and President of Delhi unit of Shiromani Akali Dal, Manjit Singh G.K. today said Aam Admi Party (AAP) convener has run away from all promises he made to the people of Delhi and his performance as Delhi CM during past one year has proved as big zero and the promises and assurances he gave to the Sikhs have also proved false and full of lies.

Referring to the full page advertisements given by Delhi government as consumer connect and media initiative covering full pages in English and Hindi newspapers, G.K. said it is nothing but misuse of public money which is being just splurged for self glorification. G.K. questioned Kejriwal that he wants to adopt the concept of paid news in Punjab, where assembly elections are scheduled for next year.

DSGMC President said that Kejriwal is behaving like a student who never study during the academic session and after one year during examination he use ulterior methods and seek grace marks top clear examination. “The Delhi government which was trying to make people sing paeans in favour of Kejriwal have no answer after one year”, said G.K. taking dig on Kejriwal . He adds that what government is doing these days is just to hide its failures by giving full page advertisements that look like news, but the people can’t be befooled.

“Since Akali Dal had already exposed Kejriwal on the issue of constituting SIT to investigate the cases on 1984 anti Sikh genocide, and disbursing compensation of Rs. 5 lakh to each family of the genocide victims, announced by the Government of India, these issues have not figured in the advertisement campaign”, said G.K.

G.K. said that Kejriwal government suffered serious administrative failure when the government file related to the constitution of SIT to investigate 1984 Sikh genocide was misplaced, and as a cover up few days after that, Delhi government announced that the file has been located. “It is their double standards that they printed poster on birth anniversary of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwalae and later disowned it shows their double standards and prove that AAP is playing politics on Sikh issues”, said G.K. asking Kejriwal he not indulge in such tactics.

DSGMC chief clarified that as a citizen of India Indian Army can’t be divided on religious basis, since the Sikhs’ identity is connected to the regiment which has a glorious history and it can’t be ignored. Criticizing the missing of Sikh regiment from the Republic Day parade G.K. raised question that despite the three wings of Defense Services – Army, Air Force and Navy having 30 percent Sikh officers and yet none of the contingents taking part in the Republic Day parade were lead by any Sikh officer.

A sensational feeling with #Colgate360GoldMornings

The courier person knocked my door and delivered a big and beautiful packet from Colgate. I was very excited while opening the packet as it had the secret of Cleaner mouth with Gold Mornings. The packet looked very attractive and when I opened it, I was delighted to find not only a beautiful golden brush, but also a beautiful golden mug, probably for my bed tea as well a beautiful flask as a gift.

The enclosed fact sheet had mentioned that the new brush had the Charcoal infused slim tip bristles and on my physical examination of the brush, I found those black coloured bristles in the middle of the new Colgate brush.

The entire packed looked very impressive and the enclosed data sheet had stated that it will clean our teeth,   tongue, cheeks as well the gums with the Gold mornings. As the day was already ON and I was much excited to use the brush at the earliest possible, I started using it on that night itself and yeah, I got a sensational feeling in my mouth.

The next morning was a real gold morning for me as I used the brush before my bed tea, in that golden mug. It felt great. It gave a great feeling inside my mouth. I rotated my tongue in my mouth in almost every direction and got a new feeling, a feeling of better cleanliness into it. Now it has become a routine as I like very much the feeling of #Colgate360GoldMornings
