DSGNC President Manjinder Singh Sirsa Honored At Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib Gurdwara

नई दिल्ली, 20 जुलाई: दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के अध्यक्ष स. मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा को तख्त श्री हजूर साहिब श्री नांदेड़ साहिब में जत्थेदार ज्ञानी कुलवंत सिंह ने सम्मानित किया।

जत्थेदार ज्ञानी कुलवंत सिंह ने स. सिरसा को दस्तार के साथ-साथ शस्त्र भेंट कर सम्मानित किया। उन्होंने इस मौके पर कहा कि अकाल पुरख की रहमत बहुत ही कम लोगों पर इस प्रकार की होती है जैसे मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा पर हुई है। गुरु साहिब ने स्वयं स. सिरसा से सिखी के लिए सेवा ली है। उन्होंने कहा कि सिख कौम गुरु साहिब की बख्शीश के कारण सदैव चढ़दीकला में रही है और हमेशा चढ़दीकला में रहेगी। गुरु साहिब स्वंय अपने सिख पर अपार बख्शीश करते हैं और यही बख्शीश व रहमत गुरु साहिब ने मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा पर की है।

इस सम्मान के लिए अकाल पुरख के आगे शुक्रिया करते हुए मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा ने कहा कि तख्त श्री हजूर साहिब श्री नांदेड़ साहिब के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी कुलवंत सिंह जी के कारण गुरु साहिब के इस तख्त पर जो सम्मन हुआ है इससे बड़ा सम्मान ईज्ज़त और क्या हो सकती है कि मुझे सचखंड श्री हजूर साहिब के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी कुलवंत सिंह जी ने दस्तार व शस्त्र सजा कर अपने हाथों से सम्मान किया है । उन्होंने कहा कि अकाल पुरख ने हमेशा मुझे उम्मीद से कहीं ज्यादा बढ़कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो सम्मान आज मुझे मिला है इसका स्थान मेरी रहती ज़िंदगी तक मेरे लिए हमेशा सब से अहम रहेगाा।  वह ज्ञानी कुलवंत सिंह जी का आभार व्यक्त करते हैं जिन्होंने उन्हें इस काबिल समझा ।

High Level Delegation of DSGMC Led by Manjinder Singh Sirsa Meets Maharashtra Home Minister And DGP:Issue of Sikhs Arrested on Hola Mohalla

A high level delegation of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) led by President Manjinder Singh Sirsa today met Maharashtra Home Minister and DGP to take up issue of Sikhs arrested on Hola Mohalla in the state.

Sirsa had led  delegation to state after Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal had taken up issue with state Home Minister Dalip Valse Patil on phone.

After the meeting, Sirsa disclosed that Home Minister has assured us of justice with arrested Sikhs and has promise their  early release. He disclosed that after meeting with Home Minister DSGMC delegation met state DGP Sunil Pandey who also assured similar action on priority.

DSGMC delegation included members Sarvjit Singh Virk, Inderjit Singh Monty and Vikram Singh Rohini besides others.

Manjider Singh Sirsa also disclosed that DSGMC delegation will meet Nanded Sahib IG tomorrow to take up the matter. He said that 24 Sikhs had been arrested and are now in jails whereas several others have fled from their homes.

He also disclosed that he had briefed Akal Takht Sahib Jatherdar Giani Harpreet Singh ji on the matter. He said that they were following orders of Jathedar Kulwant Singh Jathedar Nanded Sahib and Baba Balwinder Singh Incharge Langar.

He said that he has apprised Giani Harpreet Singh ji that arrested Sikhs will be freed soon and the DSGMC will pursue their case so as to ensure that cases against them are dismissed by local courts.

Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Chandni Chowk - Rs. 20,000 Parking Challan to be imposed nowonwards.

Thousands of pilgrims from all over the world visit the historic gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib at Chandni chowk. It is the shahidi asthan of Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib.

Shockingly, Delhi Govt has restricted the entry of all vehicles from 9am to 9pm. In such a situation, how the pilgrims can reach the Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib?

How a hefty fine of Rs 20 thousand can be imposed for parking at Chandni chowk? How the entry of vehicles fron Fountain side can be restricted 9am to 9pm, while a short passage can allow the parking of vehicles inside Gurudwara premises, without congesting the main road? Delhi Govt must reconsider the entry of pilgrims to Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib & must reduce the challan on humanitarian grounds. We hereby request our Hon'ble LG Saab, CM Mr Arvind Kejriwal & MP Dr. Harshvardhan to look into it immediately. Delhi Govt. must allow pilgrims to Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib 24x7
