In an eleven page letter G.K. presented facts to support his complaint and demanded that Special investigation team (SIT) constituted by the union government or the local police should register FIR against Kamal Nath because two innocent Sikhs were killed in the attack on Gurdwara Sahib.

Speaking to the media today in Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib Manjit Singh G.K. said that the attack on Gurdwara Sahib on 1 November 1984 was led by Kamal Nath. Referring to a book by Indian Express Journalist Sanjay Suri DSGMC President said that Kamal nath was part of the mob that came from Teen Murti. During the attack A.C.P. Gautam Kaul and Hukam Chand Jatav along with C.R.P.F. jawans were also present who never stopped the mob, and it was a pre-planned attack.

He announced that the DSGMC will continue its fight for justice to the Sikhs and arrest of Kamal Nath. Replying to a question from media G.K. said that incase the Union Home Minister didn’t order registration of FIR against Kamal Nath despite it being a strong case, he would approach the court seeking directions for registration of FIR against Kamal Nath.
