E mail ID hacked ?

It seems that the E mail ID of our Sikh Web Portal www.sohnijodi.com has been hacked as we are not able to open our e mail account with our Yahoo ID sohnijodi. The error message says that :

Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.
