Every Mother Should Tell Her Son....Please Appreciate "HER"

             Every mother should tell her son

Tomorrow you may get a working woman, but you should marry her with these facts as well.

Here is a girl, who is as much educated as you are;
Who is earning almost as much as you do;
One, who has dreams and aspirations just as
you have because she is as human as you are;

One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your Sister haven't, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements

One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as much as you do for 20-25 years of her life;

One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways

One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen

One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more, and yet never ever expected to complain;

One who is learning just like you as to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won't like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;

One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities;

Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won't, simply
Because you won't like it, even though you say otherwise

One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met;

One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important, relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her little and trust her;

One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in your entire house - your generous support, your sensitivities and most importantly - your understanding, or love, if you may call it.
But not many guys understand this.......

DSGMC President :Seeking Apology from Prime Modi For 1984 Genocide

 New Delhi / 18 May 2016
 In a letter sent to Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India the President of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjit Singh G.K. had suggested him to seek apology for 1984 genocide in which thousands of innocent Sikhs were killed mercilessly. The wounds of the genocide are still oozing 32 years after the aghast massacre because families of the victims are waiting for justice.

27 million Sikhs living across the nations are looking towards Government of India for delivery of justice to these families. The fight of Sikhs for justice is unending. Despite the colossal massacre only a few cases were registered against the perpetrators of genocide that too with the intervention of 11 commissions and committees that investigated the genocide from time-to-time, G.K. wrote in letter.

He said days of massacre are the black days in the history of modern India and so far no effort have been made by the Indian Government to give solace to the Sikh population for the gross injustice done to them and Congress Party which is responsible for perpetrating Sikh genocide has been running the Indian government for most of the 32 years after the genocide. It made all efforts to scuttle the system of giving justice and Sikhs have no hope from them.

DSGMC President said that when BJP government has taken over under the able command of Narendra Modi Sikhs keeps a hope that justice delivery is expedited. G.K. also said that on behalf of the Sikh diaspora he seek from you to offer apology to them as a step towards realising and sharing pain Sikhs are passing through and it would give them a solace and help them heal the wounds even if courts of law take time to pronounce judgments.

He referred to the world leaders seeking apology form a section for the wrong done to the population. G.K. also suggest that seeking apology will be a step in right direction by a Government elected by the people, represent them and work for their well being.

DSGMC Demand : Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh should also be summoned to the Akal Takht to seek his explanation on tytler.

 Decision on Tytler seeking appointment from Akal Takht Jathedar taken after taking all panthic organisations into confidence, DSGMC President

 New Delhi / 6 May 2016 Under the leadership of President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjit Singh G.K. a delegation today met Shri Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh in Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib in connection with appointment sought by Congress leader Jagdish Tytler to meet the Jathedar.

Manjit Singh G.K. informed Jathedar about his role as a perpetrator in 1984 Sikh genocide and a trial going on against him in the court of law. After meeting Jathedar DSGMC President told journalists that Tytler is seeking appointment from Akal Takht Jathedar to clarify his role in the 1984 genocide. G.K. said it seems to be a ploy of Tytler to seek support of Sikhs in the elections of Punjab Vidhan Sabha scheduled in 2017 or an attempt to save his political masters from the embarrassment caused by him due to his name cropping up in the genocide from time to time.

 In the meeting G.K. praised the legal department of DSGMC which has contested the cases against Tytler and other Congress leaders behind the genocide in best possible manner because when the case is being dealt properly the court of law has taken tough stand against Tytler during the last hearing after the facts came to light that he alongwith Abhishek Verma an arms dealer was trying to influence the witnesses in the case against him.

“It raises many questions that former Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh named Tytler as innocent after which it came to light that Tytler has planned to seek forgiveness”, G.K. told journalists. “Incase Tytler has realised that he had done wrong with Sikhs for which he was seeking forgiveness than the role of Amarinder is doubtful. He demanded that Amarinder should also be summoned to the Akal Takht to seek his explanation on the matter.

DSGMC president who is also president of Akali Dal in Delhi said that during 1984 genocide not only innocent Sikhs were killed but disrespect was shown to Shri Guru Granth Sahib, which has hurt the Sikh sentiments.

G.K. raised apprehension that incase Tytler gets permission to meet Akal Takht Jathedar it will lead to a mass reaction from Sikhs living across the globe and will also lower the prestige of the Takht. G.K. appealed to Jathedar that any decision on the matter be taken given after taking the entire Sikh panth and panthic organization into confidence. He requested Jathedar that Tytler be asked to speak out names of the Congress leaders who were involved with him in the genocide.

Replying to a question that it has come to light that previous management of the DSGMC which offered siropa to Tytler was trying to arrange a meeting between Akal Takht Jathedar and Jagdish Tytler, G.K. said that all those who offered siropa to Tytler are answerable to Sikh panth and fingers are raised on them.

Akal Takht Jathedar told journalists that he so far has not received any letter from Tytler and incase he get one he will take it to the all five head priests for final decision because on one side Tytler is an accused of genocide and on other side he is facing trial in the court.

Avtar Singh Hit Former President of DSGMC, Mahinder Pal Singh Chadha Senior Vice President of committee, Amarjeet Singh Pappu Joint Secretary, and Gurmeet Singh Meeta, Harvinder Singh K.P.,  Harjinder Singh, Jeet Singh, Gurmeet Singh Lubana and Paramjit Singh Chandok all members, Jaswinder Singh Jolly head legal cell and Parminder Pal Singh spokesman were also present.

DSGMC Protested Delhi Government's Decision to Introduce Bussiness Courses in Place of A Regional Languages in Schools

By replacing regional languages with business course in schools Delhi government plans to cut ties with culture, traditions

 New Delhi / 4 May, 2016

The President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjit Singh G.K. today said that the decision of the Delhi government to introduce business course as a sixth subject in class 9th in place of a regional language is well designed plan to break students of the families belonging to different cultural and traditional ethos form the roots which would directly lead to drifting from their religion.

Manjit Singh G.K. also president of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) in Delhi alongwith former MLA Harmeet Singh Kalka who is chairman of school education committee of DSGMC while addressing a press conference told the media persons that with the implementation of new decision of 5 April 2016 by which the education department replaced regional languages Punjabi, Sanskrit and Urdu languages with business course the students will lose the chance to learn their mother tongue and teachers teaching these language in all probability will lose their jobs in near future.

DSGMC president said that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has snatched the very basic right of the students to learn their mother tongue and remain connected to their religion. The orders have strangulated education system making it redundant.

“It is a blatant violation of the education act 1968 and 1986 and by linking business subject with CGPA the regional languages had been shown the exit door,” said Manjit Singh G.K. According to him the decision has also taken away the opportunity from the students of class 9th and 10th to earn good CGPA which in the past they used to do by scoring good marks in the regional languages which happens to be their mother tongue and it also used to help them get admissions in good colleges for further studies. Now no student would like to be burdened by regional language as seventh optional subject, G.K. apprehended.

The decision of Delhi government has cut the umbilical cord of the people of Delhi who used to stay connected to their traditions, culture and ethos by studying regional language. The decision would also act adversely for the large number of students aspiring to take civil services examination by preparing in regional languages.

G.K.asked Kejriwal to learn from nations like Israel and China who stay connected to their language and culture and have emerged as strong nations. Without religion and culture a person has no identity and the decision has come as a big blow for the people belonging to different ethnicity and culture. DSGMC threatened to launch a stir in case the Delhi government failed to reverse its order.

DSGMC President questioned that in the absence of knowledge of Punjabi, Urdu and Sanskrit how would young generation learn to recite their religious scriptures. He also raised questions on silence maintained by Sikh and Muslim MLAs on the matter.

On the occasion Mahinder Pal Singh Chadha senior vice president of DSGMC, Amarjeet Singh Pappu Joint secretary and Harvinder Singh K.P., Capt. Inderpreet Singh, Gurvinder pal Singh, Ravel Singh, Jeet Singh, Harjinder Singh all Members of DSGMC and Vikram Singh and Gurdeep Singh both Akali leaders were also present.
